Structure

The Commonwarmth Project is an operation of Strong Charities Ltd; an incorporated non-profit public charity. 

Strong Charities Ltd. is a non-profit corporation and shall be operated exclusively for educational and charitable purposes within the meaning of Section 501 (c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, or the corresponding section of any future Federal tax code. Strong Charities Ltd is a 501(c)(3) organization designated as a public charity.

Tax Information

Donations to The Commonwarmth Project and Strong Charities Ltd., as a registered 501(c)(3) organization, are tax deductable under IRC Section 170.

Zero Management Fees

There have never been and never will be any management fees of any kind. Every dollar goes directly to our cause.
